German Potato Bake
A hearty German-inspired dish featuring potatoes baked in a creamy sauce.
Ingredients

- β1 cup piquant sauce
- β1/2 cup, shredded german cheese
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β1/4 cup chopped parsley

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Pierce the potatoes with a fork a few times to allow steam to escape.

Rub the potatoes with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Place the potatoes directly on the middle rack of the oven.

Bake the potatoes for 45-60 minutes or until they're tender when pierced with a fork.

While the potatoes are baking, mix the piquant sauce and german cheese in a bowl.

Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.

Slice the potatoes in half lengthwise and fill them with the piquant cheese mixture.

Return the stuffed potatoes to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
