Spotted Dick Pudding
A traditional British steamed pudding flavored with suet and spices, often served with custard.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons Buttermelted
- β1/2 cup Sugar
- β2 Eggsbeaten
- β1 cup Milk
- β1/4 cup Raisins

Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

Grease a 1-pint pudding basin with butter.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Spotted Dick mix, sugar, eggs, and milk.

Add the melted butter and mix until well combined.

Stir in the raisins.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared pudding basin.

Cover the pudding with a piece of parchment paper or aluminum foil.

Place the pudding in a large pot or steamer basket.

Add enough boiling water to come halfway up the side of the pudding basin.
