Polish-Style Pork and Dumplings

- β1 package (8-10 dumplings) dumplingshomemade or store-bought
- β1 pound polish sausage
- β1 medium onion
- β3 cloves garlic
- β1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- β1 cup tomato sauce
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper

1. Heat the olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
