Velvety Tempeh Pasta
A satisfying and comforting pasta dish infused with the nutty flavor of tempeh. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β8 oz tempehcrumbled
- β8 oz pastabow tie
- β1/4 cup pepperychopped fresh peppercorns
- β2 tbsp midnightolive oil
- β1 tsp cravingdried basil
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat the midnight (olive oil) over medium heat.

Add the crumbled tempeh and cook for 3-4 minutes, until lightly browned.

Add the peppery (chopped fresh peppercorns) and craving (dried basil) to the skillet. Cook for an additional minute.

When the pasta is al dente, drain and add it to the skillet with the tempeh mixture.

Toss the pasta in the skillet until well coated with the tempeh sauce.
