- β1 tablespoon Velvety vegetable oil
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 teaspoon Korean chili flakes
- β1 cup Protein of your choice (chicken, beef or tofu)sliced
- β1 cup Mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
