Ingredients

- β4 cups StewChicken broth

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add the lamb and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Add the garlic, onion, and pepper; cook until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add the tomato, red wine, and stew; bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer, covered, until the lamb is tender, about 2 1/2 hours.
