Ingredients
- β1 cup, trimmed and sliced Runner Bean
- β4 cups, chopped Peppery Salad
- β1 can, drained and rinsed Canned Beans
- β1 tsp Mexican Seasoning
- β2 tbsp Lime Juice
- β1 tbsp Olive Oil
- βto taste Salt
- βoptional Chopped Cilantro
- βoptional Shredded Cheese

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the sliced runner bean and chopped salad.

Drain and rinse the canned beans and add them to the bowl.

Sprinkle the mexican seasoning over the top and toss to coat.

In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice and olive oil.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
