Peppery Mediterranean Omelette

Ingredients

- β1/4 cup, chopped peppery
- β1/4 cup, chopped mediterranean
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
Instructions

Crack the eggwhite into a bowl and whisk it until it's frothy.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the peppery and mediterranean.

Pour the eggwhite over the vegetables and cook until the edges start to set.

Use a spatula to gently lift and fold the edges of the omelette towards the center.
