Spicy Malaysian Noodle Stir Fry
A spicy and flavorful Malaysian-inspired noodle dish made with peppery notes and a variety of textures.
Ingredients
- β200g rice noodlespreferably fresh
- β150g peppery vegetable mixsuch as bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms
- β2tbsp peanut oilfor stir-frying
- β2tbsp soy saucefor flavor
- β1/2 tsp chili flakesfor heat
- βto taste saltfor seasoning
- β20g fresh cilantrofor garnish
Instructions

Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions.

Heat the peanut oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the peppery vegetable mix and stir-fry until tender, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the soy sauce, chili flakes, and salt. Stir-fry for another minute, until the flavors are combined.

Add the cooked noodles to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until the noodles are well coated with the sauce.
