English Peppery Braised Muffin

- β1 cup irish braise
- β1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- β4 slices crunchy bacon
- β1/2 cup onion, chopped

- β2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

- β1 cup grated cheddar cheese
