Vietnamese-Style Crispy Cabbage Spring Rolls
A delicious and easy snack made with shredded cabbage, crispy fried wontons, and a sweet and spicy dipping sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 head CabbageShredded
- β1 cup Peppery Crumble
- β20 Vietnamese Wontons
- β1 cup Chinese CabbageShredded
- β1/4 cup Crumble
- β1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
- β2 tbsp Fish Sauce
- β2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- β1 tbsp Honey
- β2 tbsp Lime Juice

In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, Chinese cabbage, and peppery crumble. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, mix vegetable oil, fish sauce, soy sauce, honey, and lime juice. Set aside.

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add 10 wontons to the skillet and fry until crispy, about 2-3 minutes. Repeat with the remaining 10 wontons.

Add the fried wontons to the bowl with the cabbage mixture and toss to combine.

Serve the spring rolls with the sweet and spicy dipping sauce.

To make the dipping sauce, combine the reserved sauce mixture from step 2 in a small bowl and serve alongside the spring rolls.
