Seafood Peppery Bowl
A quick and flavorful Japanese-inspired seafood bowl with peppery notes.
Ingredients

- β1/4 cup Peppery saucesee notes for recipe
- β1/2 cup Seafood mixshrimp, scallops, mussels
- β1/4 cup Crispy tempura bitsstore-bought or homemade
- β1 tsp Sesame seedsoptional
- β2 tsp Soy saucelow-sodium
- β1/4 cup Green onionschopped
- β1 tsp Sesame oilfor drizzling
- β2 Lime wedgesoptional
- β Salt and pepperto taste

Cook Japanese rice according to package instructions.

Prepare peppery sauce by mixing 2 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp rice vinegar, and 1 tsp grated ginger.

Heat 1 tsp sesame oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add seafood mix and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.

Add crispy tempura bits to the pan and stir to combine with seafood.

To assemble the bowls, place a scoop of cooked rice in the bottom, followed by the seafood and tempura mixture.

Drizzle with peppery sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if using.
