Classic Falafel Wrap
A flavorful and crunchy Middle Eastern-inspired wrap filled with crispy falafel, fresh veggies, and creamy tahini sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 package (about 20 pieces) Falafel Mix
- β1 large Peppery Wrap
- β1 medium Tomato, diced
- β1 medium Cucumber, sliced
- β1 small Red Onion, thinly sliced
- β1/4 cup Tahini Sauce
- β1 slice American Cheese, sliced (optional)
- β1 cup Lettuce, shredded
- β1/4 cup Pickled Turnip, sliced (optional)

1. Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.

2. Cook the falafel according to package instructions.

3. Warm the wrap in the microwave for 10-15 seconds or in a dry skillet for a few seconds.

4. Spread a layer of tahini sauce on the wrap.

5. Add a few pieces of cooked falafel on top of the sauce.

6. Add diced tomato, cucumber, red onion, lettuce, and pickled turnip (if using).

7. Place a slice of American cheese on top (if using).

8. Fold the bottom half of the wrap up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up the wrap.
