Peppermint Mexican Chocolate Churros

- β1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- β1 cup confectioners' sugar
- β2 inches vegetable oil
- β2 large eggs

- β1 cup powdered sugar
- β1/2 cup heavy cream
