Roman Chicken Pasta Bake
A simple and flavorful pasta dish featuring seared chicken and Roman herbs.
Ingredients
- β1 lb chicken breastBoneless, skinless
- β8 oz pasta (ditalini or penne)Gluten-free option available
- β2 tbsp olive oilFor pan searing
- β2 cloves garlicMinced
- β2 tsp roman herbs (such as thyme and rosemary)Dried or fresh

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package instructions.

Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Sear the chicken breast for 5-6 minutes per side or until cooked through.

Transfer the chicken to a plate and let it rest.

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss with garlic and olive oil.
