Malaysian Chicken Satay

- β500g chicken breastcut into skewers
- β100ml coconut milkfor marinade
- β2 tablespoons peanut oilfor grilling
- β2 tablespoons soy saucefor marinade
- β1 tablespoon brown sugarfor marinade
- β2 inches grated gingerfor marinade
- β3 cloves garlicminced for marinade
- βhandful coriander leavesfor garnish

Instructions

Marinate chicken in coconut milk, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic for at least 2 hours.
