Pan-Seared Pork Chops with Italian Gratin

Ingredients

- β1/2 cup grated Parmesanfreshly grated
- β2 tablespoons all-purpose flourfor dusting

Season pork chops with salt and pepper.

Dust pork chops with flour.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
