Thai Shrimp Skewers

- β10-12 skewers pacific shrimp skewersfor grilling
- β2 tablespoons australian australian olive oil
- β1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- β2 cloves minced garlic
- β1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- β1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- β2 tablespoons fish sauce
- β1 tablespoon brown sugar
- β2 tablespoons coconut milk
