Argentinian Apple Gratin
A classic Argentinian dessert made with caramelized apples, crispy gratin topping, and a touch of sweetness.

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Peel, core, and slice apples into 1-inch wedges.

In a large bowl, mix together flour, almonds, and vanilla extract.

Add sliced apples to the bowl and toss to coat with dry ingredients.

Transfer apple mixture to a 9x9-inch baking dish.

In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and a pinch of salt.
