Filipino-Style Hash Browns
A crispy and flavorful side dish inspired by Filipino cuisine, made with shredded potatoes and onions.

In a large bowl, combine the grated potatoes, onion, and garlic.

Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.

Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
