Welsh Orange Cake
A traditional Welsh dessert, this orange cake is moist and flavorful, topped with a crunchy roasted pecan streusel.

- β1 cup orange juice
- β2 eggs
- β1/2 cup butter, softened
- β1 cup sugar
- β2 cups flour
- β2 teaspoons baking powder

- β1/2 cup roasted pecans
- β1 cup powdered sugarfor dusting
