Vietnamese Pork Skewers
Delicious and easy-to-make pork skewers marinated in a mixture of fish sauce, lime juice, and spices, and roasted to perfection.
Ingredients
- β500g pork shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubesmake sure to trim excess fat
- β2 tbsp fish saucegluten-free
- β2 tbsp lime juicefreshly squeezed
- β1 tbsp brown sugaruse gluten-free
- β2 cloves garlic, mincedmince before using
- β1-inch piece grated gingerabout 2 tbsp
- β1 tsp black pepperfreshly ground

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.

Add the pork cubes to the marinade and mix until they are well coated.

Thread the marinated pork cubes onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

Place the skewers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and slightly charred.
