Roasted Cabbage Bowl
A simple and flavorful roasted cabbage dish served in a bowl, great as a side or light meal.
Ingredients
- β1 head cabbagegreen or red cabbage works well
- β2 tablespoons olive oilor other neutral oil
- β1 teaspoon saltor to taste
- β1/2 teaspoon black pepperor to taste
- β1/2 teaspoon garlic powderoptional
- β1 tablespoon sesame oiloptional

Preheat the oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).

Cut the cabbage into wedges and place in a bowl.

Drizzle the olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder over the cabbage.

Toss the cabbage to coat evenly.

Spread the cabbage out in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and lightly browned.

Remove from the oven and drizzle with sesame oil (if using).
