Uruguayan Cheddar Frittata
A classic Uruguayan-inspired frittata, perfect for breakfast or brunch. This recipe combines the rich flavors of roasted cheddar and Uruguayan flair.

In a large skillet, sauté the chopped parsley until wilted.

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
