Polish Lamb Skewers
A traditional Polish dish featuring tender lamb cooked to perfection on skewers. This recipe is perfect for a summer evening or a backyard barbecue.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds Lamb shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubesMake sure to trim excess fat

- β2 teaspoons Polish seasoning blendAvailable at most grocery stores or online
