Norwegian Flatbread with Roasted Pickle Topping

- β1 jar (16 oz) norwegian picklesuch as aquavit pickles
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β1 tbsp honey
- β1 tsp Dijon mustard
- β0.5 tsp garlic powder
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper

Cut the flatbread into triangles or squares.
