Middle Eastern Chicken Flatbread
A flavorful flatbread topped with roasted chicken, Middle Eastern spices, and fresh herbs. Perfect for a quick dinner!
Ingredients
- β1 lb chicken breastboneless, skinless
- β1 package flatbreadgluten-free
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β1 tsp paprika
- β1 tsp cumin
- β1 tsp coriander
- β1 tsp salt
- β1 tsp black pepper
- β1/4 cup fresh parsley
- β1/4 cup fresh mint

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the chicken breast with salt, black pepper, cumin, coriander, and paprika.

Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breast and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-6 minutes.

Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.

Brush the flatbread with the remaining 1 tbsp of olive oil.
