Kenyan Wagyu Skewers
A fusion of Kenyan and Japanese flavors, featuring tender Wagyu beef, roasted to perfection on skewers.
Ingredients
- β500g Wagyu beef stripsCut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 tbsp Kenyan spicesA blend of turmeric, cumin, coriander, and chili powder
- β2 tbsp Lime juiceFreshly squeezed
- β1 tbsp Olive oilFor brushing skewers
- β1 medium OnionsChopped
- β2 Bell peppersSliced
- β2 medium TomatoesChopped
- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantroChopped
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Thread Wagyu beef, onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, and cilantro onto skewers, leaving space between each piece.

Brush skewers with olive oil and season with Kenyan spices, salt, and black pepper.

Place skewers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until Wagyu beef is cooked to desired level of doneness.

Remove skewers from oven and brush with lime juice.

Serve immediately, garnished with additional cilantro if desired.
