Classic Greek-Style Roasted Lamb

- β1.5-2 kg Lamb shoulder
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β4-5 Garlic cloves
- β4-5 Fresh rosemary sprigs
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- β1/4 cup Red wine (optional)
- β1 cup Beef broth

Preheat the oven to 160Β°C (325Β°F).

Rinse the lamb shoulder and pat it dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the mixture all over the lamb shoulder, making sure to coat it evenly.

Place the lamb shoulder in a large roasting pan and put it in the oven.
