French Chicken Skewers
Tender and juicy chicken cooked to perfection on a stick, inspired by French cuisine.
Ingredients
- β1 pound chicken breastcut into 1-inch pieces
- β2 tablespoons olive oilfor brushing
- β1 teaspoon salt
- β1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- β1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- β2 tablespoons lemon juicefor marinating
- βchopped (optional) fresh parsley
- β2 slices (for serving) french bread

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss to coat with the marinade.

Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

Place the skewers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
