Filipino Chicken Tinola
A classic Filipino chicken soup made with ginger, onions, and chicken breast, perfect for a cold day.
Ingredients
- ●1 lb Chicken breast
- ●2 medium Onion
- ●2 inches Ginger
- ●3 cloves Garlic
- ●to taste Pepper
- ●to taste Salt
- ●2 tbsp Fish sauce
- ●1 tsp Paprika
- ●2 tbsp Olive oil

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Cut the onion and ginger into small pieces.

3. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

4. Add the garlic, onion, and ginger and sauté until the onion is translucent.

5. Add the chicken breast and cook until browned on all sides.

6. Add the fish sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper, and stir to combine.

7. Transfer the pot to the preheated oven and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

8. Remove the pot from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

9. Serve the chicken hot, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.
