- β1 1/2 cups, cooked Kidney BeansCanned or cooked from scratch
- β1 cup SproutsAlfalfa or broccoli sprouts work well
- β2 tbsp Olive OilFor roasting the beans
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1 tbsp Soy SauceOptional, for added flavor
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
