Brazilian Shrimp Wrap
A flavorful and spicy shrimp wrap with Brazilian inspiration, featuring roasted shrimp in a wrap with crispy onions and cilantro.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons Lime juice freshly squeezed
- β1 tablespoon Olive oilfor brushing
- β1 large Wrap flour or corn tortilla
- β1/4 cup Cilantrochopped
- β1/2 cup Red onionthinly sliced
- β1 clove Garlicminced
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Rinse the shrimp and pat them dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it sit for 10 minutes.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the shrimp in a single layer.

Roast the shrimp in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until they're pink and cooked through.
