Argentinian-German Stew with Roasted Vegetables
A hearty and flavorful stew inspired by German cuisine, infused with the bold flavors of Argentina. This recipe features tender beef, roasted vegetables, and a tangy mustard kick.

- β1 large Onion
- β4 medium Carrots
- β3 large Potatoes
- β2 tablespoons Argentinian Mustard
- β2 tablespoons All-purpose Flour
- β1 cup Red Wine
- β2 cups Beef Broth
- β2 cloves Roasted Garlic
- β1/4 cup Fresh Parsley
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Toss the carrots and potatoes with 1 tablespoon of oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes or until tender.

In a large Dutch oven, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes. Remove the beef from the pot and set aside.

Add the mustard, flour, and garlic to the pot and cook for 1-2 minutes.
