Pork and Peppered Stew
A hearty stew made with tender pork and a variety of spices, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β1.5 pounds Pork shoulder
- β2 tablespoons Peppered stew seasoning
- β1 medium Onion
- β2 medium Carrots
- β2 large Potatoes
- β1 teaspoon Egyptian paprika
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- β2 cups Water

Preheat oven to 300Β°F (150Β°C).

In a large Dutch oven, brown the pork on all sides over medium-high heat.

Add the onion, carrots, and potatoes to the pot and cook until the vegetables are slightly tender.

Add the peppered stew seasoning, Egyptian paprika, salt, and black pepper to the pot and stir to combine.

Add the water to the pot and bring to a boil.

Cover the pot and transfer it to the preheated oven.
