Spicy Korean-Style Grilled Duck
A flavorful and spicy Korean-inspired dish featuring grilled duck in a sweet and spicy sauce, served in a bowl.
Ingredients

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Rinse the duck breast and pat it dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, whisk together the gochujang, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and sesame oil.

Place the duck breast in the bowl and brush the marinade all over it.

Let the duck marinate for 15 minutes.

Remove the duck from the marinade and place it on the oven rack.

Grill the duck in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

While the duck is cooking, prepare the sauce by whisking together the rice vinegar and 2 tablespoons of water.
