Pan-Seared Tofu Bao
A simple and delicious French-inspired dish featuring crispy tofu and soft bao.
Ingredients

- β4 pieces Bao
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Honey
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsley
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Cut the tofu into small cubes and season with salt and pepper.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Add the tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Transfer the tofu to a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.

Meanwhile, toast the bao in the oven for 2-3 minutes.

In a small saucepan, heat the soy sauce and honey over low heat.

To assemble the dish, place a piece of bao on a plate, top with a few pieces of tofu, and drizzle with the soy sauce glaze.
