Polish Turkey Paella Baked Delight
A delicious and flavorful twist on traditional paella, featuring turkey and polish sausage, baked to perfection.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Turkey sausagePolish-style sausage is recommended
- β1 cup Paella riceUncooked
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oilFor greasing the baking dish
- β1 medium OnionChopped
- β1 medium Red bell pepperChopped
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced
- β2 cups Chicken brothLow-sodium
- β2 tablespoons Tomato pasteConcentrated
- β1 cup Light sour creamOptional

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped onion and red bell pepper, cooking until tender.

In a large baking dish, combine the cooked onion and pepper mixture, paella rice, chicken broth, and tomato paste.
