Egyptian Baked Kippers Tagine
A fusion of Egyptian and Mediterranean flavors, this baked kippers tagine is a hearty and flavorful dish.
Ingredients

- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
- β1 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 small Ginger
- β1 tsp Cumin
- β1 tsp Coriander
- β1 tsp Paprika
- βto taste Salt
- β1/4 cup chopped Fresh Parsley

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Rinse the kippers and pat them dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, onion, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, paprika, and salt.

Place the kippers in a baking dish and brush the spice mixture evenly over them.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.

Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the kippers are cooked through.
