- β1 teaspoon cumin
- β1/2 teaspoon paprika
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
- β2 cups all-purpose flour
- β1/2 cup water
- β1 cup yogurt
- β1/4 cup garlic sauce
Instructions
- 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well with your hands until just combined.
- 2
In a separate bowl, combine flour and water. Mix until a dough forms.
- 3
Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- 5
Divide the dough into 20-25 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a thin circle.
- 6
Place a tablespoon of the lamb mixture in the center of each dough circle. Fold the dough over the filling to form a half-moon shape, and press the edges together to seal the dumpling.
- 7
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Gently add the dumplings to the pot and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until they float to the surface.
- 8
While the dumplings are cooking, mix together yogurt and garlic sauce in a small bowl.
- 9
Serve the cooked dumplings with the yogurt-garlic sauce on top.
