Outstanding Oily French Broad Bean Stir Fry
A simple Chinese-inspired stir fry dish using French broad beans and a variety of flavors.

- β1 cup, trimmed French broad beans
- β2 tablespoons, vegetable oil Oily
- β2 cloves, minced Garlic
- β1 tablespoon, grated Ginger
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β2 cups Pot au feu broth
- β1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
