Beef Tacos with Mexican Twist
A twist on traditional tacos using outrageously garlicky beef and served with a mexican flair.
Ingredients
- β500g Ground beef80/20 lean to fat ratio
- β6 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 tsp Cuminground
- β1 tsp Chili powderground
- β2 tbsp Lime juicefreshly squeezed
- βchopped Cilantrofresh
Instructions

Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Add the cumin and chili powder and stir to combine.

Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the flavors are fragrant.

Stir in the freshly squeezed lime juice and cook for 1 minute.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Warm tacos shells according to package instructions.
