Smoked Beef Skewers
A flavorful and smoky take on traditional beef skewers, inspired by Peruvian cuisine.
Ingredients
- β500g Beef stripsCut into 1-inch pieces
- β2 tsp Smoked paprika
- β1 tsp Garlic powder
- β2 tbsp Lime juice
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1 tsp Black pepper
- β250g Cherry tomatoesThread onto skewers
- β1 cup Red onionThread onto skewers
- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantro

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

3. Add beef strips to the bowl and toss to coat with spice mixture.

4. Thread beef, cherry tomatoes, and red onion onto skewers.

5. Brush olive oil onto the skewers and season with salt and pepper.

6. Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until beef is cooked to desired level of doneness.
