Grilled Malaysian Chicken Satay
A classic Malaysian street food dish featuring marinated chicken grilled to perfection and served with a spicy peanut sauce.

In a blender or food processor, combine coconut milk, lemongrass, ginger, garlic, and chili peppers. Blend until smooth.

In a large bowl, whisk together the blended mixture, peanut oil, and kecap manis. Add the chicken and mix until coated.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
