Argentinian Beef Skewers with Italian-Style Chimichurri
A fusion of Italian and Argentinian flavors, these grilled beef skewers are served with a tangy and herby chimichurri sauce.

- β1 medium Zucchini
- β1 large Tomato
- β4 cloves Garlic
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsley
- β2 tablespoons Fresh oregano

- β1/4 cup Extra-virgin olive oil
- β2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
