Australian Lamb Chops with Australian Bush Herbs
A traditional Australian lamb dish featuring lamb chops marinated in a mixture of bush herbs and spices, then baked to perfection.

- β2 tbsp Australian Bush Herbs (Outback Blend)Available at most health food stores
- β2 tbsp Olive OilFor brushing lamb chops
- β2 cloves GarlicMinced

- βto taste PepperFor seasoning
- β2 sprigs Fresh RosemaryChopped
- β2 sprigs Fresh ThymeChopped
- β2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar (optional)For marinade

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Rinse the lamb chops and pat them dry with a paper towel.

In a small bowl, mix together the Australian Bush Herbs, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Brush the lamb chops with olive oil and coat with the herb mixture, making sure they're evenly coated.

Place the lamb chops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake the lamb chops in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

While the lamb chops are cooking, mix together the chopped rosemary and thyme.
