Australian Bush Barbecue Bowl
A smoky and flavorful vegan barbecue dish inspired by the outback.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Australian Wild Mushrooms
- β2 medium Open-Fire Roasted Sweet Potatoes
- β1 block Smoky Tofumarinated in a smoky BBQ sauce
- β1/2 cup Vegan BBQ Sauce
- β1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Herbssuch as parsley or cilantro
- β2 cups Lamb's Lettuce
- β1 Bowlfor serving

1. Preheat the open flame to medium-high heat.

2. Marinate the smoky tofu in the vegan BBQ sauce for at least 30 minutes.

3. Roast the sweet potatoes over the open flame until caramelized.

4. Grill the Australian wild mushrooms until tender.

5. Warm the lamb's lettuce by placing the bowl over the open flame.

6. Assemble the dish by placing the roasted sweet potatoes, grilled mushrooms, and marinated tofu on top of the warmed lamb's lettuce.
