Creamy Thai Pilaf
A flavorful and aromatic pilaf dish with a creamy twist, inspired by Thai cuisine.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup Cheeseshredded
- β1/4 cup Oozy saucestore-bought
- β1 tsp Pilaf seasoningstore-bought
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oilfor cooking
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add 1 cup of Thai rice and cook for 2-3 minutes, until lightly toasted.

Add 1 teaspoon of pilaf seasoning and stir to combine.

Add 2 cups of water to the skillet and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is tender.

Fluff the cooked rice with a fork and stir in 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.

Add 1/4 cup of oozy sauce and stir to combine.
