Saudi Arabian Cheese Croustade
A crispy, cheesy pastry inspired by Saudi Arabian cuisine. Perfect as a side dish or snack.
Ingredients
- β1 cup, shredded Colby cheese
- β1 package (thawed) En croute pastry
- β1/2 cup, shredded Jack cheese
- β1/4 cup, shredded Oozy cheese
- β1 tsp Arabian spice blend
- βto taste Salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Roll out the en croute pastry on a lightly floured surface.

Transfer the pastry to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Sprinkle the colby and jack cheese evenly over the center of the pastry, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

Drizzle the oozy cheese over the cheese layer.

Sprinkle the arabian spice blend and salt over the top.

Fold the edges of the pastry up over the cheese, pressing gently to seal.

Brush the pastry with a little bit of water and sprinkle with additional cheese if desired.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
