Russian Tofu Croquettes
A delicious and crispy deep-fried snack made with tofu and Russian-inspired flavors.
Ingredients
- β1 block (200g) tofuExtra-firm
- β1 cup all-purpose flour
- β1/2 cup oozy cheeseGrated
- β1/4 cup milk
- β2 eggs
- β1/2 cup russian sausageFinely chopped
- β1 cup bread crumbs

- βto taste black pepper
- β1/4 cup butterMelted

Preheat the oil for frying to 180Β°C (350Β°F).

Crush the tofu into a crumbly texture and mix with Russian sausage, grated oozy cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and mix with milk.

Combine the egg mixture with the tofu mixture and stir well.
